ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Senior Sales Representative maintains, grows and expand relationships with a broad range of customers in the Aerospace & Defense Segment. The SSR is responsible for growing sales, achieving sales quotas and developing and achieving account objectives, account rationalization and channel management.
The Sr. Sales Rep.’s mission is to drive sales by prospecting for new projects and customers in the aerospace and defense industries. They build strong formal and informal networks and identify and seize new opportunities. Able to effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small, large groups, trade show and conferences or among diverse styles and position levels. They should carefully consider all relevant factors and use sound decision-making criteria and principles.
College degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
3 to 5 years sales or technical sales/engineering experience in the aerospace and defense industries is preferred
