Orscheln Management Co. has an immediate career opportunity for a full-time Department Administrator in the Legal Department.

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Experience working in a legal or similar support role preferred.
  • Real estate experience preferred.
  • Strong typing, proofreading, grammar, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • Superior attention to detail and accuracy of work product.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with individuals at all levels.
  • Ability to multi-task while following strict timetables and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good judgment, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • General clerical, filing, and reception duties.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES

 

  • Provide support assistance as part of the Real Estate Legal team
  • Review upcoming deadlines and pull files for review
  • Data Entry
  • Scanning
  • Filing
  • Communication with clients
  • Monitor tasks/deadlines
  • Draft correspondence
  • Process incoming real estate mail
  • Update/Maintain spreadsheets
  • Potential for assistance in drafting of legal documents
