ABOUT THIS POSITION
This position handles day-to-day maintenance of store facilities including maintaining records of requested services, monitoring budgets by verifying invoices, coding expenses and preparing supporting documentation for invoice processing. The facilitator will troubleshoot email and phone calls for requested maintenance issues. Also, the individual will verify and maintain vendor contact and legal requirements. This position reports to the Stores Facilities Manager.

Preferred Education:
High School degree and completion of business/accounting classes.

Preferred Work Experience: 
Individual must demonstrate ability to operate office equipment including: ten-key calculators, typewriters, copy machines, fax machines, computer terminals or personal computers. Prior experience working with dispatching work orders or working in the field of maintenance of doors, roofs, mechanical equipment is preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Process invoices to accounting in accordance with submittal process. This includes verification of completed work, price invoiced, supporting documentation, and data entry of the transactions.
  • Verify lien waivers from vendors are received in a timely manner.
  • Research discrepancies or problems with vendors on a regular follow up of outstanding service requests.
  • Communicate with stores and vendors via email and phone calls. Dispatching service calls and resolving maintenance issues.
  • Provide assistance to District Managers on status of service calls.
  • Provide data to Store Facilities Manager for weekly/monthly reporting.
  • Other projects as assigned.
